The man's life is now consumed with a burning obsession for this otherworldly apparition and the sacred acts of pleasure she sells. He insanely saves up every spare cent he earns in the desperate hopes of a full-carnal encounter. The New York summer lends a torrid atmosphere to this cramped space dwarfed by the massive buildings of the city.
