Single movement work of grand conception: haunting ostinati vie with rhapsodic figures and unsettled harmonies for control of the piece. “Of jagged dreams” writes Richard Dyer of the Boston Globe.

Nocturne was recorded by Grammy-nominated pianist Alan Feinberg on his CD entitled “The American Romantic”.
